We take pride in our craftsmanship and the materials we use. We stand by the durability and reliability of our glass products, and to demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer this Glass Lifetime Warranty Against Manufacturer’s Defects (“Warranty”) to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of our glass products.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer warrants that its glass products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, provided that the product is used and maintained in accordance with Manufacturer’s care and maintenance instructions.
What Is Covered?
This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:
Cracks, chips, or breaks that result from defects in glass manufacturing. Bubbles or imperfections in the glass that are visible and compromise the structural integrity.
What Is Not Covered?
This Warranty does not cover damage or defects that result from:
Improper installation, handling, or storage of the glass product. Accidental or intentional damage, including acts of vandalism or misuse.
Exposure to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters. Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized personnel. Normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claim Procedure
In the event of a defect covered by this Warranty, the Purchaser must follow these steps:
Provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the product’s serial number or ther identifying information.
Manufacturer may require photographic evidence of the defect. Manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or provide a refund of the original purchase price, excluding installation and labor costs.
Limitations and Exclusions
This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser. Manufacturer’s liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as specified above. In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
